June Lee received her Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance (with emphases in both piano pedagogy and accompanying) at Pacific Lutheran University. After spending another year at PLU as a staff accompanist, she was offered an assistantship in vocal accompanying at the University of Washington, where she earned both a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance and a Master of Music in Piano Performance.
Ms. Lee had an 11-year hiatus from the field of professional music, during which she served as a minister and missionary. She currently teaches piano and voice at her studio in Townsend, MT, and at the Music Makers’ Conservatory in Helena, MT. She holds the position of Staff Accompanist for the Helena Symphony and is a member of the Helena Music Teachers’ Association. Ms. Lee has 14 years of teaching experience.
