Our smoke-free reception hall, conveniently
located on Custer Avenue, is perfect for rehearsal dinners, anniversary
celebrations and smaller, intimate weddings ceremonies and receptions.
We also host recitals, meetings, and workshops in our handicapped-accessible
hall.
We can accommodate up to 50 guests for a buffet or sit-down dinner.
During the warm spring, summer, and fall months, our
large outdoor cement patio with planters full of beaugiful flowers,
increases our event capacity to 100 guests.
The event can be as simple or ornate as desired. The small apple tree grove with park benches is a
wonderful setting for wedding photographs, particularly when the trees
are blooming in the spring.

We provide tables and chairs. The party will need
to bring their own set-up and decorations, which could include screens,
arches, flowers, and tulle.

We have a lovely old grand
piano in the hall that can be used for
events. Since this is a music hall, we can also provide wonderful
string duets, trios, and quartets to entertain. When we have wedding and recommitment ceremonies,
these ensembles can play beaugiful selections for all the ceremony music
and can accompany a soloist.
Couples can choose to have their ceremony in the
reception hall or in a carpeted sitting room with a fireplace which is
located in the lower level of an adjacent building.
Events here are often catered. However, people
using this facility can bring their own already prepared food or prepare it here in our adjacent
building, which has a full kitchen. Although they can use our stove,
refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, counter space and
sink, they will need to bring heir own cooking utensils. There are
cupboards for storage.
Our booking fee is $200.00 for one day and $250.00
for two days if one is a setup day. Our guests are responsible for
cleaning up. Our events coordinator helps everything go smoothly.
